Krzysztof Bąk is a trainee legal counsel in the Warsaw Bar Association. He holds a Master of Law of the Jagiellonian University, Department of Intellectual Property Law in Cracow. He gained his professional experience in both national and international law firms in IP and Corporate/M&A departments. He has also worked on projects concerning personal data protection as well as litigation, covering issues of civil and commercial law, in particular competition law. Krzysztof joined KONDRAT Law Office in September 2017. He mainly deals with issues in the Life Sciences Department. Furthermore, combining his experience in both corporate and IP law, he prepares agreements, memoranda, and provides day-to-day legal services for business. In his spare time, apart from private hobbies, he improves his professional skills in moot courts, as proven by the fact that he took second place in Lewiatan Confederation Arbitration Competition in 2017. In addition to the law, Krzysztof’ interests include squash, music and choral singing, cycling and American cinema.
