A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, Anna Sowa-Jadczyk is a Law major. She completed the Patent Attorney training period and was entered onto the list of patent attorneys. She specializes in issues connected with industrial property law, copyright and owner supervision.
An IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) expert of the Biuro of European Commission TAIEX. She has completed post-graduate studies on intellectual property law at the Warsaw University. She has also completed an internship at the European Commission, in Austrian and German Patent Offices, as well as in the Patent Court in Munich. A speaker at many international and national conferences. Author of numerous publications connected with intellectual property law.
She also possesses years of experience in leading international projects, among others, connected with creating seed capital, as well as so call owner supervision.
