Dorota Malgin is a legal counsel with many years of professional experience.
She passed the judicial exam, she also completed the training to become a legal counsel. She worked in the Legal Department of the Office of the Committee for European Integration and in the Office for the Competition and Consumer Protection where she worked on the position of deputy director of the Department of State Aid Monitoring and deputy director of the Department of Legal Affairs and European Jurisprudence.
She was responsible for leading accession negotiations in the area of competition, she also advised the governments of countries acceding to the EU in the area of European law.
She appeared many time before civil courts and the Supreme Court in cases concerning competition and consumer protection.
She also has experience in court cases concerning economic and administrative issues.
A speaker and lecturer of numerous conferences and trainings. Author of publications regarding, among others, European law and competition law.
She is fluent in English and Russian.
